After inspecting the property & finding adequate damage that insurance may cover, we would help call in a claim with you immediately!

Once a claim is filed, an insurance adjuster is attached to your claim & will reach out to you within a few days to a few weeks attempting to schedule an inspection to review/document the damage. They’ll be the primary point of contact through out the entire claim process. ***When your adjuster schedules the inspection, please provide us with the date & time for us to be present during the inspection (this is crucial)!***

The adjuster will arrive on the property to inspect the damage claimed to be found. After thoroughly inspecting & documenting the damage found, the adjuster will compile the information & send it off for approval or denial. ***Sometimes a answer will be provided on site.***

An answer should be provided by the adjuster shortly after the adjustment/inspection. Most of the time this is within 72-hours.

If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a “scope” from the adjuster by email or mail. This scope explains what was covered & how much your insurance company is willing to pay for the damages.
Funds:
You’ll receive 2 separate payments from the insurance by check or direct deposit (most of the time). The first sum of money will be delivered at the same time as the scope. The second sum of money will be delivered once proof of the work being completed is provided to the adjuster.
